  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread muffin mix
  • 8 oz. cottage cheese
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 3 eggs

    Melt oleo

    in 9 x 12-inch pan in 400° oven.

    Mix together all the other stuff. Spread on top of oleo. Bake 30 to 40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
