- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. cottage cheese
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 8 1/2 oz. pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
Directions

1Thaw and drain broccoli.

2Combine first 6 ingredients.

3Stir (don't beat) muffin mix.

4Pour in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

5Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 400°.
