  • 1 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli

    Mix corn meal and butter; set aside.

    Beat eggs and mix everything together.

    Add to corn meal mixture.

    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 45 to 55 minutes at 350°.
