Broccoli Bake

  • 20 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted

Directions

    Cook broccoli and drain.

    Combine mayonnaise, soup, eggs and onion.

    Mix with broccoli and pour into casserole.

    Sprinkle cheese on top.

    Mix margarine and stuffing mix together and put on top of cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
