- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. liquid Butter Buds
- 4 extra large egg whites
- 2 (8 1/2 oz.) boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 (8 oz.) carton nonfat cottage cheese
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, except cottage cheese; mix well. Lightly stir in cottage cheese.

2Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan that has been sprayed with Baker's Joy.

3Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
