- 1 can cream-style corn
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 box frozen broccoli (10 oz.)
- onion flakes
Directions

1Mix corn, eggs, sugar, salt, flour and cheese.

2Fold in partly thawed broccoli.

3Top with buttered cracker or bread crumbs.

4Pour into a well-greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.

5Bake 1 hour at 375°. Serves 6 to 8.
