Broccoli Corn Casserole

  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 box frozen broccoli (10 oz.)
  • onion flakes

Directions

    Mix corn, eggs, sugar, salt, flour and cheese.

    Fold in partly thawed broccoli.

    Top with buttered cracker or bread crumbs.

    Pour into a well-greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.

    Bake 1 hour at 375°. Serves 6 to 8.
