  • 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/2 c. coarse saltine crackers, crumbled
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pepper

Directions

    Mix and put in 1-quart greased casserole. Mix 1/4 cup coarse cracker crumbs and 1 tablespoon melted butter and put on top. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
