Broccoli Corn Muffin Bread

  • 1 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. sharp cheese, grated
  • 1 c. fresh green onions, chopped
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. milk or sour cream

    Cook broccoli; drain well. Combine onions, broccoli, eggs, margarine, salt, corn muffin mix and milk. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake for 35 minutes at 350°. Sprinkle cheese over top and return to oven until cheese is melted.
