Broccoli Corn Muffin Bread

- 1 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. sharp cheese, grated
- 1 c. fresh green onions, chopped
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. milk or sour cream

3Cook broccoli; drain well. Combine onions, broccoli, eggs, margarine, salt, corn muffin mix and milk. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake for 35 minutes at 350°. Sprinkle cheese over top and return to oven until cheese is melted.
