- 1/2 c. melted oleo
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. cottage cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped, thawed and drained well
- 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
Directions

1Combine melted oleo, onion, salt, cheese, eggs and broccoli. Blend and stir muffin mix in.

2Pour into a greased well 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

3Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.

4Cut into squares. Makes 12 servings.
