- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained well
- 1 (8 oz.) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 4 eggs
- 4 oz. sour cream
Directions

1Saute together margarine, onions and broccoli.

2Mix together the corn muffin mix, eggs and sour cream.

3Pour muffin mixture over sauteed ingredients into a cast-iron skillet.

4Bake in a 350° oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
