- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 large onion, grated
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
Directions

1Lightly cook and drain broccoli.

2Combine all ingredients. Pour into a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Bake at 375° for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.
