  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 pkg. Martha White cornbread mix
  • 10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and chopped
  • 10 oz. carton cottage cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. cheddar cheese shredded

Directions

    Melt margarine in a 13x9-inch pan to coat pan well.

    Mix the margarine and other ingredients except cheese in pan, sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake 350° for 30 - 45 minutes until brown.
