  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and cooked
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

    Bake in loaf pan for 30 minutes at 350°.

    Can also be baked in muffin tins (12) at 400° for 30 to 35 minutes.
