  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 10 oz. frozen broccoli, cooked
  • 12 oz. small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped

Directions

    Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan (glass not recommended).

    Combine corn muffin mix, onion, cottage cheese and broccoli, drained.

    Add melted margarine. Mix thoroughly.

    Bake in pan used for melting margarine.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes, until top is lightly browned.
