- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 10 oz. frozen broccoli, cooked
- 12 oz. small curd cottage cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
Directions

1Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan (glass not recommended).

2Combine corn muffin mix, onion, cottage cheese and broccoli, drained.

3Add melted margarine. Mix thoroughly.

4Bake in pan used for melting margarine.

5Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes, until top is lightly browned.
