- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 large onion
- 1 stick butter
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 6 oz. cottage cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Cook broccoli as directed and drain. Chop onion and saute in butter.

3Beat eggs and add all remaining ingredients.

4Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

5Bake for 25 minutes.
