  • 2 (8 1/2 oz.) boxes cornbread muffin mix
  • 1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • dash of garlic powder
  • 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine

Directions

    In large bowl combine cornbread muffin mix, beaten eggs, cottage cheese, thawed broccoli, chopped onion and garlic powder. Mix well.

    Add melted margarine and mix.

    Pour into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
