  • 1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) box muffin mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 oz. sour cream

Directions

    Saute broccoli and onion in margarine.

    Combine muffin mix with other ingredients.

    Fold in sauteed mixture.

    Bake in greased baking dish or pan at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
