  • 1 pkg. Martha White buttermilk cornbread mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 pkg. Mexican Velveeta cheese
  • 1 stick oleo

Directions

    Melt oleo in 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Set aside.

    Mix all other ingredients together.

    Stir well and pour into pan with melted butter.

    Bake in oven at 400° for approximately 40 minutes or until golden brown.
