Broccoli Cornbread

  • 1 pkg. chopped broccoli, thaw and drain well
  • 1 stick melted oleo
  • 1 small carton creamy cottage cheese
  • 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 4 eggs

Directions

    Mix all together.

    Add just enough milk to thin to proper consistency.

    Spray large iron skillet with Pam and sprinkle with corn meal.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 60 minutes.

    If you do not want it too thick, use 2 skillets.
