  • 2 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix (8 1/2 oz. each)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 2 sticks butter or margarine, melted

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together well.

    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until tests done and light brown.
