  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 pkg. Martha White cornbread
  • 8 oz. cottage cheese
  • 4 eggs (can use egg substitute)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed

Directions

    Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

    In separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients together.

    Thoroughly mix together and pour into hot cake pan with butter.

    Bake at 375° until golden brown.
