- 8 oz. cottage cheese
- 4 eggs (can use egg substitute)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
Directions

1Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

2In separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients together.

3Thoroughly mix together and pour into hot cake pan with butter.
