  • 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 2 sticks margarine, melted
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 box chopped broccoli (frozen)

Directions

    Thaw frozen broccoli and drain excess liquid. Mix broccoli and all other ingredients together. Pour into pan and bake at 350° until golden brown on top. Cool before slicing.
