- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. cottage cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 pkg. (8 1/2 oz.) quick corn muffin mix
Directions

1Combine melted butter, onion, salt, cheese, broccoli and beaten eggs.

2Blend together.

3Stir in muffin mix.

4Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

5Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes. Cut into serving size squares.
