Two Hour Nut Roll Recipe

Ingredients
- 6 c. flour, sifted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 2 cakes yeast
- 1/2 c. hot lowfat milk
- 1/2 pound butter
- 3 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 4 jars nut or possibly poppy seed filling
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in hot lowfat milk; set aside.

2Combine flour, butter, salt, sugar, Large eggs and lowfat sour cream.

3Add in yeast mix; blend well.

4Divide dough into 4 parts and roll our each part thin as for jelly roll.

5Spread each part with one full jar of nut or possibly poppy seed filling.

6Roll up and place on greased pan and allow to rise for 1 hour or possibly till doubled in bulk.

7Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min.

8Sprinkle top with confectioners sugar.
