  • 10 butter flake biscuits
  • 2 c. chopped cooked and drained broccoli
  • 1 lg. tomatoes peeled and chopped
  • 5 oz. cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onions
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions

    Separate biscuits and shape into non stick muffin pan or spray cupcake pan with pam.

    Mix broccoli, onion, cheddar cheese, and butter.

    Fill biscuits.

    Top with tomatoes.

    Bake at 400° for 10-15 minutes or till nicely brown.
