- 10 butter flake biscuits
- 2 c. chopped cooked and drained broccoli
- 1 lg. tomatoes peeled and chopped
- 5 oz. cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped green onions
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Separate biscuits and shape into non stick muffin pan or spray cupcake pan with pam.

2Mix broccoli, onion, cheddar cheese, and butter.

3Fill biscuits.

4Top with tomatoes.

5Bake at 400° for 10-15 minutes or till nicely brown.
