Broccoli Dip

  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 1/2 c. dried parsley flakes
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli

Directions

    Cook broccoli until tender and then press out all excess moisture.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt.

    Mix in green onions, parsley, chopped eggs and broccoli.

    Chill several hours and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with chips, crackers or sliced French bread (baguettes).
