- 1 stick margarine
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 large can mushrooms, drained
- 2 (9 oz.) pkg. hot pepper cheese
- 2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
Directions

1Saute onion and mushrooms in margarine. Add soup and cheese, cooking and stirring until melted.

2Add the broccoli and serve in chafing dish. Accompany with any cracker or sturdy chip.
