  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1 roll Kraft garlic cheese
  • 1 can mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced and sauteed
  • 1/2 onion, chopped fine
  • 3 or 4 ribs celery, chopped fine
  • dash of salt
  • Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Cook broccoli and drain.

    Saute mushrooms, onion and celery in butter or margarine.

    Melt cheese in double boiler.
  4. 4
    Add mushroom, onion and celery mixture.

    Add salt and Worcestershire sauce to taste.

    Serve hot with Fritos or chips.
