  • 1 package Frozen Chopped Broccoli (16oz)
  • 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 2 cans (4 Oz. Can) Sliced Mushrooms, Drained
  • 1/2 pounds Velveeta Cheese

Directions

    Place broccoli in a glass bowl.

    Cook for 5 minutes in the microwave.

    Heat soup in a large skillet along with mushrooms.

    Stir in cooked broccoli.

    Slice cheese into cubes and add to mixture.

    Heat over medium low until cheese has melted.

    Transfer to a crockpot if desired.

    Serve with Fritos scoops.
