- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 small can mushrooms, chopped
- pepper to taste
- 1 bunch shallots, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
Directions

1Saute shallots, celery and mushrooms in melted margarine.

2In another pot, combine soup and cheese and cook until cheese melts. Cook and chop broccoli separately.

3You then combine all the ingredients and serve in a chafing dish.
