  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 4 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom or golden mushroom soup
  • 2 rolls garlic cheese (6 oz.)
  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed

Directions

    Melt margarine and saute onion and celery.

    Stir in flour. Turn into lightly greased crock-pot.
  3. 3
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. 4
    Cook on high until cheese is melted, stirring often. Turn to low and cook 2 to 4 hours.
