- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- juice of 1/4 lemon
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. garlic cheese
Directions

1Cook and drain broccoli.

2Saute onion, celery and mushrooms in butter.

3Add soup, cheese, lemon juice and broccoli.

4Salt and pepper to taste.

5Serve as hot dip in a chafing dish.

6Also may be poured over 2 or 3 cups instant uncooked rice and bake as a casserole.
