- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
- 1/2 c. olive or salad oil
- salt
- pepper
- Parmesan cheese

1Cook broccoli until barely done. Drain. Heat garlic and oil in a skillet. Add broccoli and saute until tender, turning occasionally. Season with salt, pepper and a generous sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.
