- 400 g broccoli
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml double cream or 200 ml creme fraiche
- 250 g cottage cheese
- 200 g feta cheese
- salt
- black pepper
- grated full-fat cheese
Directions

1Heat the oven to 200 C.

2Split the broccoli into florets and blanch in boiling water for a couple of minutes - it should still be al dente. Put in a buttered oven dish.

3Mix together cream, eggs and cottage cheese. Crumble in feta cheese and season to taste.

4Pour the mixture over the broccoli and add a generous layer of grated cheese on top.

5Bake approximately 30 minutes until golden.
