Broccoli Ham Ring

Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. ham
- 1/4 lb. fresh broccoli
- 1 small onion
- 1 sweet banana pepper (optional)
- 1/2 c. fresh parsley or 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 6 oz. Swiss cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 (8 oz. each) cans refrigerated crescent rolls
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Coarsely chop ham, broccoli, onion and parsley with food chopper.

3Coarsely grate cheese (1 1/2 cups). Mix all ingredients except crescent rolls and set aside.

4On a 13-inch baking stone, arrange crescent triangles in a circle with bases overlapping in center and points to the outside.

5There should be a circle of about 3 inches in diameter in the center. Spoon filling over bases evenly.

6Fold points of triangles over filling and tuck under bases at the center.

7Filling will not be completely covered.

8Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
