- 3 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Partly defrost broccoli.

2In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter.

3Cut garlic clove in half and saute until golden. Remove the garlic and spread the broccoli in a single layer in the pan.

4Saute, turning gently, for 10 minutes or until tender. Arrange in a flameproof serving dish.

5Sprinkle with cheese and place under broiler for about 1 minute.

6Serves 6 to 8.
