- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1 (1 1/2 lb.) bunch broccoli
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1/3 c. sliced almonds
- 4 slices cooked bacon, chopped (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions

1Pour vegetable oil in skillet.

2Cut garlic cloves into thin slices.

4Saute until golden brown, stirring constantly with wooden spoon.
