Broccoli-Nut Casserole

  • 3/4 c. chopped roasted peanuts
  • 2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 c. dry bread crumbs

    mixture into greased 1 1/2 or 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
