  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1 tsp. dried onion flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. light, low calorie mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoned bread crumbs

Directions

    Thaw broccoli and stir with the onion, water and mayonnaise until mixed.

    Spoon into a shallow, nonstick baking dish.

    Combine cheese and bread crumbs; sprinkle on top.

    Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
