- 2 lb. ground deer or meat
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 Tbsp. oleo
- pepper to taste
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 3/4 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 Tbsp. oleo
- 2 Tbsp. plain flour
- 1 c. beef bouillon
Directions

1Fry onion in 1/2 tablespoon oleo, then add to meat with salt, pepper and egg yolks.

2Mix in cream and bread crumbs.

3Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

4Roll in small balls and saute until brown.

5May be frozen at this time.

6Make roux with 1 tablespoon oleo and flour.

7Add beef bouillon.

8Add meatballs to gravy, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
