  • 2 1/2 lbs fresh broccoli, pieces
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 ounces cooked linguine
  • grated parmesan cheese

Directions

    Saute broccoli, garlic, margarine, salt and pepper in oil until tender.
