Broccoli Polonaise

Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp. finely diced red onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or cilantro
- 1/4 c. breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- dash of salt
- 14 to 16 oz. broccoli tops (enough for 4 servings)
Directions

1Saute 1 minced garlic clove, onion, parsley or cilantro in butter.

2When butter bubbles, stir in breadcrumbs.

3Remove from heat and season with salt and lemon juice.

4Blanch 4 portions of broccoli tops in boiling water for 5 minutes.

5Turn off heat and let sit for 2 minutes.

6Arrange hot broccoli on plate and spoon small amount of warm bread sauce over each portion.
