- 1 head broccoli, broken into large florets
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 medium red onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
- 6 cherry tomatoes (1/4)
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro (optional)
- 6 (8-inch) flour tortillas
- 1/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. salsa
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1 c. nonfat yogurt
Directions

1Steam, boil or microwave broccoli until crisp-tender. Coarsely chop and set aside.

2In a large nonstick frypan, heat 1 teaspoon oil.

3Add onion; saute for 3 to 4 minutes to soften.

4Add garlic, cumin, chili powder and cinnamon; cook 1 minute.

5Add broccoli, peppers and tomatoes.

6Stir well and saute for 3 to 4 minutes.

7Put in a bowl and stir in cilantro.

8Set aside.
