- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 unbaked (9-inch) pastry shell
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
Directions

1In large bowl, toss together broccoli, cheese, onion, basil, salt and pepper.

2Spoon into pastry shell.

3In small bowl, stir together cornstarch and milk until smooth.

4Stir in eggs until well blended.

5Pour over broccoli mixture.

6Bake in 375° oven for 45 minutes.

7Let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
