  • 1 c. cooked broccoli, drained
  • 1/2 lb. bacon
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • pinch of garlic powder
  • 1/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • season to taste
  • 2 (9-inch) pie shells

Directions

    Fry bacon crisp; crumble into pie shells.

    Beat eggs, cream and seasoning together.

    Stir in cheese.

    Pour equal amounts into pie shells.

    Bake at 325° until top is golden brown, about 35 minutes.

    You may substitute with ham instead of bacon if you wish.
