- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. heavy cream
- pinch of garlic powder
- 1/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- season to taste
- 2 (9-inch) pie shells
Directions

1Fry bacon crisp; crumble into pie shells.

2Beat eggs, cream and seasoning together.

4Pour equal amounts into pie shells.

5Bake at 325° until top is golden brown, about 35 minutes.
