- 1 (9-inch) baked deep dish pie shell
- 2 c. fresh broccoli (chopped or florets)
- 10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/8 c. diced onion
- 1 tsp. chopped chives
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. granulated garlic
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Wash broccoli and chop or break into florets.

3Place in bottom of pie shell.

4Sprinkle with cheese. Mix balance of ingredients and pour into broccoli and cheese. Bake in preheated oven about 45 minutes or until custard tests done.

5Serve in wedges.
