- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 c. rice (about 3 c. cooked)
- 1 medium size onion
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 to 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Prepare broccoli according to package instructions and cook rice.

2Saute onion in margarine.

3Combine broccoli, rice and onion with one can of soup and half of the grated cheese.

4Top with remaining cheese.

5Place in greased casserole and bake at 350° long enough to melt cheese, 5 to 20 minutes.
