Broccoli Rice

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 c. rice (about 3 c. cooked)
  • 1 medium size onion
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 to 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Prepare broccoli according to package instructions and cook rice.

    Saute onion in margarine.
  3. 3
    Combine broccoli, rice and onion with one can of soup and half of the grated cheese.

    Top with remaining cheese.

    Place in greased casserole and bake at 350° long enough to melt cheese, 5 to 20 minutes.
