- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 (8 oz.) jar process cheese spread
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 2 2/3 c. precooked rice
Directions

1Cook celery and onion in margarine until golden.

2Combine soup, water and cheese spread.

3Thaw broccoli over hot water in top of double boiler.

4Combine all ingredients.

5Place in a greased 2-quart casserole dish.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
