Broccoli Rice Bake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar process cheese spread
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 2 2/3 c. precooked rice

Directions

    Cook celery and onion in margarine until golden.

    Combine soup, water and cheese spread.

    Thaw broccoli over hot water in top of double boiler.

    Combine all ingredients.

    Place in a greased 2-quart casserole dish.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
