Broccoli Rice Casserole

- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. process American cheese spread, cubed
- 3 c. cooked rice
Directions

1Cook broccoli according to package direction; drain well and set aside.

2Saute onions in butter until tender.

3Add soup, milk and cheese.

4Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until cheese is melted.

5Stir in rice and broccoli.

6Pour into a greased 2-quart shallow casserole.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
