Broccoli-Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 2 (3 oz.) cans mushrooms, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small jar Cheez Whiz (jalapeno)
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1 can (2.8 oz.) Durkee French fried onions
Directions

1In oleo, saute onions, celery and mushrooms until soft.

2Set aside.

3Heat soup and Cheez Whiz together on low heat.

4Stir occasionally.

5Add cooked rice and broccoli to celery mixture. Then add soup/cheese and seasoning.

6To taste, use Tony Chachere's. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

7Sprinkle fried onions on top 5 minutes before casserole is done.
